QUINOA!!!

Or as I like to call it…SUUUUPER Q! Quinoa is a super food because it is not only a complete protein, but also acts like a “whole grain” and is a great source of fiber, folate, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron and phosphorus. Essentially, you cannot go wrong with this food. Fun fact: quinoa can act as a really great meat substitute for those of you who are trying to cut back or who abstain from meat altogether. It is highly versatile and highly enjoyable ; )
